As of the 28th September 2021, the password manager browser extension, Dashlane, has caused reduced performance within workspaces in NetDocuments.
Dashlane's engineers have identified the issue, which relates to fillable fields on certain websites. This will be fixed in the next version of the extension but in the meantime they have suggested the following workaround:
- Log into NetDocuments on the web
- Click the Dashlane log extension > Autofill
- Under This entire website choose Only login and passwords, or Don't autofill on this website if you don't require Dashlane to log into NetDocuments
This should resolve the performance issues until such time as the new version of Dashlane has been released.
Alternative workarounds include disabling the Dashlane extension or running NetDocuments within an Incognito/InPrivate browser tab.
