How to Find Version Information for NetDocuments Applications

ndOffice

  1. Open the ndOffice Activity Center and select the mceclip0.png drop-down menu.
  2. Select About and view your version.

ndMail

  1. In the ndMail predictions panel, select Settings mceclip0.png .
  2. View your version in the Update Settings section.

Folder Mapping

  1. On the Microsoft Outlook ribbon, go to the ndMail tab.mceclip2.png
  2. Select More > About Folder Mapping, and view your version.

ndClick

  1. Right-click the mceclip6.png icon in the notification area.
  2. Select About, and view your version.

ndSync

  1. Right-click the mceclip7.png icon in the notification area.
  2. Select About, and view your version.

ndThread

  1. Open ndThread.
  2. In the upper-left corner, select the ndThread menu.
  3. Select About ndThread, and view your version.

Mass Export

You can view your version in two ways:

  1. Go to Control Panel Programs Programs and Features > NetDocuments Mass Export.mceclip10.png
  2. Alternatively, go to Apps & features > NetDocuments Mass Export.

ndImport

ndImport is an executable, so we recommended you to download it directly from the Knowledge Base link each time.

  1. Find where the original download is, for example, C:\Users\user.lastname\Downloads.
  2. Right-click the file, and select Properties.
  3. Select the Details tab, and view your version.

Folder Import

You can view your version in two ways:

  1. Go to Control Panel Programs Programs and Features > NetDocuments Folder Import.

2. Alternatively, go to Apps & features > NetDocuments Folder Import.

ndMirror

Go to Apps & features > NetDocuments ndMirror, and view your version.

You can view your version in two ways:

  1. Go to Control Panel Programs Programs and Features > ndLink2Service.

  1. Alternatively, view the version for ndLink in the header (May 2017 by default).
