NetDocuments introduces redesigned Administrative Console to improve navigation and usability. Currently, the main Admin Console has a new interface and step by step we will implement it across all Admin pages.
To access the Admin Console
- Select your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- In the drop-down menu, hover over Admin.
- Select a cabinet or a repository.

When the Admin Console is opened at the Repository level, the Navigation Pane on the left displays the options available in the selected Repository. By default, the Cabinet page is selected and the page displays all Cabinets within the Repository:
Cabinets for which you are a Cabinet Administrator can be accessed by clicking on the Cabinet name. Cabinets for which you are not an Administrator are disabled.
Selecting an option in the Navigation Pane will navigate you to the associated Administration page. At the time of release, the Cabinet page has been redesigned for the new Admin Console. The other Administrative pages will be redesigned and phased into the new Admin Console.
To view another Repository, click the drop-down arrow next to the Repository name.
To return to NetDocuments, click the drop-down arrow next to the Personal Menu in the upper right and select Home.
Cabinet Administrators are navigated directly to the Cabinet Administration page. The Navigation Pane on the left displays the Repository in which the Cabinet resides.
