The NetDocuments Explorer application will reach End of Life as defined below. Explorer users should contact their account representative in regard to utilizing the ndMail email management solution.
- Full Engineering support for Priority 1, 2 & 3 issues continues until March 31, 2019
- Priority 1 & 2 Engineering support continues until September 30, 2019
- Customer support continues until March 31, 2020
Support and Sustainment: Though we will offer necessary defect fixes as defined above, the product will not be enhanced or improved in any way including additional support for new releases of Office products, integrated products, operating systems, and platforms.
