Those using ndOffice may get the following error:
"The data you are trying to access is no longer available. Reopen the dialog to refresh the list."
This is usually caused when a document or folder has been deleted or changed but is still tied to a Recent or Favorite location. ndOffice is attempting to retrieve that item but can no longer do so.
To resolve this:
- Log out of ndOffice
- Exit the ndOffice agent completely (it may require using the Task Manager)
- Log back in
