If you are having problems logging into the Mass Import Tool (ndImport) and you are sure that you are using the correct username and password, check the following:
1) Ensure you are using the most recent version of ndImport. You can download the most recent version here.
2) ndImport does not work with federated identity; meaning it requires users to enter their NetDocuments username/password and not the network identity. If you are using federated identity you may need to create a user that would be outside of active directory to be used specifically for using ndImport. If the SSO cookie is already set from a federated user logging in previously in IE, use https://vault.netvoyage.com/neWeb2/docCent.aspx?whr=clear to clear the cookie.
3) It also may be that the PC's Host settings are pointing to the wrong Service. For example, if you are trying to log in to the EU Service, your Host needs to be set to eu.netdocuments.com, but the default is vault.netvoyage.com (US).
To view or edit your Host, go to your Registry Editor. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Netvoyage\NetDocuments
Change the Host value to the desired Service.
If there is not already a Host set, you can manually create a REG_SZ key with the value of the desired Service.
4) Check IE settings. From Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings > deselect ‘Automatically detect settings’ > OK > OK.
