All Document Options are available with a right mouse click. Each user can customize this menu. To customize the option menu, right-click on a document and go to Customize menu at the bottom:
Select the options you would like to include in the menu by clicking and dragging them from the left to the right column:
NOTE: Drag the item between lines until you see the red drop line.
On a Summary View (workspace, Home Page, etc.) all options are also available from the round Options button with a left click.
NOTE: Depending on what page you are on and what type of item you right-click on, you may not see certain options on the right-click menu. For example, if you right-click on a folder you will not see options such as "Check Out" or "Sign Document."
