ND Save to... in Outlook is grayed out

The ndOffice buttons in the Outlook home Ribbon will be grayed out.

The netdocuments Outlook add-in is still loaded and you can use other ndOffice functions in popped out windows.

This issue has been associated with Windows 10 and Windows 7 PC's. It can also affect EMS Folders. If you see an error message, it will say something similar to "This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{000C03A7-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY))."

What we discovered is that the registry has at least one extra version of Outlook listed due to an old installation.

1. Create a Backup of the PC's Registry first.

2. Locate a registry key called: (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{00062FFF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\TypeLib

3. In here you should find some sub keys, 9.4 for Office 2010, 9.5 for Office 2013 and 9.6 for Office 2016.

4. Delete the Version/s that aren't associated with your Office

5. Close the registry and restart Outlook. The issue should now be resolved.
