Cabinet Administrators may view an individual document's system-generated information.
By going to the Cabinet Administration page and clicking Document Information, the administrator will be asked to enter the Document ID of a document.
This will display the following information about the document:
- Created date
- Created by
- Last modified date
- Last modified by
- Object type (document, folder, workspace, etc.)
- File extension
- Last indexed (metadata) date/time
- Last indexed (full text) date/time
- Storage type
- Storage format
- Encryption type
