NetDocuments Help Desk Support is provided subject to the terms of customer’s Master Service Agreement with NetDocuments. By accessing the NetDocuments Help Desk Support Portal, you agree you have the authority to share information with NetDocuments for the purpose of obtaining Help Desk Support. You acknowledge and agree if you share Customer Data with NetDocuments for the purpose of obtaining Help Desk Support, such Customer Data may be transferred, processed, and stored by NetDocuments in the United States or any other country in which NetDocuments maintains facilities or operations.
