With ndOffice, need a way of easily identifying filed emails in Outlook

If a user with ndOffice (but not ndMail) saves a set of emails into NetDocuments, then wants to move the filed emails into another Outlook folder, they must wait until the emails have been successfully filed to complete the move, otherwise an error is caused and the emails are not saved.

The only way to identify whether the email has been successfully filed is to see that the ndLocation field on the email has been updated with the saved location.  This is not convenient when looking at a long list of emails in the Inbox.  Conditional formatting (e.g. highlighting saved emails) based on the ndLocation field containing a value would be a good way of identifying them at a glance, but the ndLocation field cannot be used in defining conditional formatting rules.

Please can this be changed.
