User Maximum login attempts. Locked accounts
When will admins be provided the ability to unlock user accounts.
Had a user this morning lock their account and we had to call support to release the account. Placing this control in the customer hands would remove the call/ticket process from your support staff. A brief review of other Idea Bank posts show this has been a request for some years now. I want to start a new thread to hopefully bubble to the surface.
On a slightly related note, the notification email received has a subject: "NetDocuments Login Assistance: Maximum login attempts exceeded". If one searches for "Maximum login" on the support site, zero hits are returned. I've noticed this several times where a direct quote from a ND article, email etc is not searchable. Can that be addressed to better help us help ourselves? Thank you
