Suggestion to add a lookup table/dropdown menu to matter "Type" when adding a new matter

When adding a new matter as an Admin there should be a lookup table/drop down for matter "Type". Currently we need to manually type the matter Type, which could result in typographical errors and mismatches. If we already have designated matter Types, why shouldn't we be able to select from those when creating a new matter?

  • A really easy way to deal with this great idea is to use Power Automate and link it to an XLSX workbook. This works really well.
