When viewing a WorkSpace in "Summary View," files that are not in folders should be *shown* (not hidden, as currently is the case)

Currently, when a user views a WorkSpace in "Summary View," files that are not in folders are hidden from view.   This can be very confusing to many users, who think of a workspace as a type of root directory and therefore expect to be able to see files in the root directory if they are not in a folder.    

Please revise NetDocs so that when a user views a Workspace in "Summary View," any files that are not in folders are *shown* (not hidden, as is currently the case).
