Opening versions from the new Document Details Pane

Allow versions to be opened from the Versions option in the side menu of the document details pane.

This functionality was taken away with the new SmartView features.

    We are adding this functionality again.  It should be implemented in the next week or so.

    ndClick doesn't engage when opening a version from the details pane.
