Native Mail Merge
A mail merge allows the user to create personalized letters, postcards, envelopes and address labels by using data and forms.
Most forms can be created in MS Word and data can be managed by MS Excel or Outlook.
The ability to integrate this process via NetDocs would save time and improve efficiencies. Currently users create merges by saving files to their hard drive.
If these files are not saved to NetDocs multiple users will have multiple copies creating a tracking issue and possibly miss edits and/or updated versions of the original files.
Having the facility to merge within NetDocs would be more efficient and save time.
