Allow movement of multiple documents when in folder view.

When in folder view, users cannot move multiple documents at a time. They can only move one at a time. When a user tries to move multiple documents, a pop up says that is not allowed. Allowing movement from this view enables documents under specific filters be moved together, saving time for users.
