PDF email attachment password-protection, driven by checkboxes in an added-column
While composing an Outlook message with attachments, ND offers an easy-feature on the "Message" ribbon under "NetDocuments | Edit" and to convert selected attachments to PDF simply by checking a box.
It would be very handy if the ND feature offered a second checkbox to Secure the PDF with a pre-configured default password, for all PDFs created by the NetDocs option with the new Secure option selected.
See the mockup attached. A default password could be configured elsewhere in the GUI.
Microsoft Word itself does offer the option to encrypt the PDF document with a password and/or require the recipient to type in a Document Open Password, so the functionality (relied upon by NetDocs) exists in MS Word.
