Add "Download Everything" for non-CollabSpace workspaces and folders

I'm not sure why Download Everything is only available for CollabSpaces and their folders, but it would be a HUGE benefit for other folders and workspaces.  I understand that maybe filtered workspaces could not be downloaded by filter originally, but even just being able to download a Folder and its contents in an organized manner would be fantastic.
