API - convert to PDF on download
Would love the the API to have a "Convert to PDF" option on downloading content, so we could integrate PDF provision without having to download, then programatically convert the document.

If I understand your request it's possible to access this via ndOffice extensibility.
We are doing this ourselves with our new Chrome extension, leveraging off of ndClick and ndOffice extensibility.
- I see a download in the ndOffice extensibility service, but nothing about converting to PDF
- Wouldn't this require a web service to use an installed ndOffice? I was thinking of it being incorporated into the NetDocuments REST API I include in my web project
Yes, it would require ndOffice be installed to access the extensibility. So it's REST plus extensibility. Sorry if I was not clear.
I agree, I work for a large law firm and this is definitely a must-have. The ability to convert and save on ND or download to local or email while converting to PDF is a standard process that should be added. Would be a game changer!
