latest workspace update

After the update that took away the option of viewing documents on a client's workspace, I have been inundated with complaints from co-workers. I was told this was temporary but that doesn't seem to be the case. This is very inconvenient having to take the time to open an account rather than being able to see a document on the workspace and being able to choose how many documents are visible when a document is profiles. Can't this be changed back to the way it was?
