Suggestion - Uninstall should actually uninstall....

Hard to believe this needs to be requested, but the uninstall function doesn't delete the folder for ndOffice OR even the program....   it's still there.... and it will still run.....  after it's uninstalled.....   Okay, my work is done here.

Uninstalling ndOffice removes:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NetDocuments\ndOffice

and all the files in that location along with the add-ins, the startup group, and all program functionality.

We don't, by design, delete the ndOffice echo location, where we keep the ndOffice database or the echoed files. Users often uninstall before installing a new version (though it isn't needed) and that echo location is used by more than one program from us.

Note: there are two executables for installing ndOffice: the exe and the msi. Installing the exe installs VSTO and .net components, and then then the msi. In such cases there are two entries in Programs and Features, one for the installer.

Under most cases, uninstalling the exe (installer) will uninstall both items, but if the user subsequently installed a later version of ndOffice via the msi, then uninstalling the exe installer will not remove the newer ndOffice msi installation.

It may be this has caused confusion.

I guarantee that all of the ndOffice applications were uninstalled from the program list, and the C:\Program Files\...etc was still there.   I did have one instance of it today where the folder seemed to actually delete, but that is the first one out of several.  I will continue to test and get you more information if I can.

I invite you to open a support ticket.

If these files are not being removed, it's likely due to some conflict. The behavior, which I exercise multiple times per week, works.
