Agree on this one -- Currently, we have to hand configure Client, Matter, and DocType. We are planning on adding another profile attribute and it would be great to have that option included at the beginning.
Currently these columns are configured within the ndOffice system tray (Settings| Columns). Adding columns, client and matters in the example below, then updates these changes to the EchoingStorage.sdf within the user's profile. We would see it as beneficial for these to be configurable within the registry or an xml file so that a firm could push these settings out to all users rather than this being a training requirement on a per user basis.
