ndOffice 2.0 is not complete in comparing it yet to EMS Profiler functionality. ndOffice 2.1 is the next update (Spring 2017) that should complete the features of EMS Profiler (editing subject name, archiving, etc) but will revise the design with the goal of not losing functionality, not adding additional clicks and improving usability (ex:, filing indicator and better integrating the Save dialog with suggestive filing locations. Will you explain in more detail what you mean by "a quick way to nd file is missing"? If any of you are interested to assist us in providing us feedback to the refinements during the 2.1 development of ndOffice Outlook filing, please let me know by email at email@example.com.
EMS Profiler functionality in ndOffice 2.0
ndOffice 2.0 does not allow the user to rename an email/attachment while using the "Send & File" function. EMS Profiler had that feature but ndOffice 2.0 does not appear to have that anymore. Also, a quick way to to ND File is also missing.

Thanks Leonard for your quick response. EMS Profiler had the toolbar and allowed the user to select an email (rename it if necessary), select the matter, and allow them to select ND File to quickly file the email. This was very useful for them. We did have issues with EMS Profiler because it conflicted with one of the add-on we are using (TITUS Information Classification). The conflict caused the entire message ribbon to disappear and only by disabling/uninstall EMS Profiler would the issue be resolved. I look forward to what additional features 2.1 will bring.
ndOffice 2.0 has the suggested filing locations so once you first file an email from a sender (from field) the next time you have an email from that sender will have the suggested filing location. It will maintain up to 10 filing locations per sender. You simply click it once and it will file and then the filing location will be displayed in the filing column. 2.1 will support renaming the subject name (you can do this today in the save dialog), and we will more efficiently be able to add a new workspace quickly so you don't have to open up the Save dialog to select a new workspace/matter. Hopefully our ndOffice addin does not conflict with your Titus product today. I assume you've tested that.
