Bad request 400 Error / No profiler when sending email

We have had about 30 computers throw this error in the last 2 days. We know how to fix it, but I'm curious what's going on. Are we the only place having this issue?

No, you're not.  We still get them all over the place, all the time.  My understanding is that they are still trying to determine why it's happening.  It is with Outlook and the EMS Profiler/Folders.

We found a fix in the registry.

Close Office applications

Go To:  HKEY_CURRENT_USER / SOFTWARE / NetVoyage   then delete the Keys folder under NetVoyage.

Relaunch Outlook and there will be the prompt to allow ND access to Office. The error has not retuned.

We have been struggling with this for over a year.  Although deleting the Keys folder does resolve the issue, it is only temporary.  For some, it had returned several times.  But then others have never gotten it.
