External Users - Being able to have access to their information and edit
Our clients are setup through external users to login and view their documents. Each time they change their email address (which is their User ID), I have to add a new external user and delete the old one off and repermission all their documents again. Instead, it would be easier to just go in and change the User ID as the administrator. This would eliminate many steps. Some clients were not receiving the ND email to setup their password, by us having more control we could help them with that. Instead we have to jump through hoops to get things resolved.
