ndOffice 2.1 "Contains" search still not implemented.

Hi,

Testing the ndOffice 2.1 Beta. The workspace search still does not contain a substring "Contains" match, but only works on "Begins with" as previous versions. This is inconsistent with the web interface, not to mention very annoying to use.

Here I type a substring, no results:

Here I use the start of the value, not the ugly red underline where the substring should match.

I note a number of related ideas, some of them with a LOT of votes:

Can we please have this rectified prior to release.

Thanks,

Neil.

This didn't make it for 2.1, but it is now implemented in 2.2 (still in alpha). As we do on the web, this is only implemented for Workspace selectors.

Here in ndOffice I find the Workspace "Don LaVange"

We are searching key and description so we've also removed the limitation imposed by key length.

Neil,

There is no question this needs to be fixed. We discovered it late enough in the 2.1 cycle that it did not make the final list. It's among the first things being implemented for 2.2.
