Netdocuments not displaying folders in search

Hi ND

When searching a folder within ND the search results show the documents associated with the folder but not the folder itself.

e.g. search for John Smith's folder will return docs associated with John Smith but not the folder titled 'John Smith'. This seems to be affecting one user at the moment. Our Clio case management system is synced with ND.

Is this a permissions issue?
