Error "Another User Has Updated this document" Changes are saved as unofficial versions

I am having multiple users check out a document, make changes to it, and when they try to save it they get this error message. I check the document and its histroy and no other users have had the document checked out or are viewing it.

Advise.

We are having the same issue.  Are you also experiencing a Session Time Out?  I have sent in a support ticket for both and haven't heard back from ND yet.  I am thinking both issues are related.

Yes we are also experiencing the Session Time Out. They just got back to me on my ticket for this and just requested log files and the time the issue occurred. But I am hearing of a few other firms experiencing this problem.

Regarding this ndOffice issue, if you have a user who has seen this can you submit a support ticket and include the time the issue occurred and the user's ndOffice log files?

Dan -- This is not only an NDOffice issue.  I just had a user experience this with the web version and application integration.  It started at some point yesterday afternoon around 4:00 PM EDT, but it still occurred this morning until I helped clear it up for her.  I had to force check in the document before I could start cleaning up the 8 versions that were created in the process.

Hi Cindie,

Are you sure the user saw the ndOffice issue today?  Or did they see it prior to today and are just reporting it today?  If the former, what time did they see this issue (the ndOffice error)?

Brandon,

Can you submit a support ticket with the following information?

- A screenshot of the error (or at least a description of the error)

- The time the error occurred

- The user's ndOffice log files

Also, you mentioned you opened a ticket yesterday but the most recent ticket I see from you is from Feb 2016.  Do you have a ticket ID that I can look up?

Just got this email from Net Docs:

An article was added to the section Service Status - US.

Service Issues Reported - January 26, 2017 - 2:04pm EST by Bobby Tindel

We’ve received reports from customers regarding versioning issues and upload performance in our US-based service. We’ve been investigating the issues and have developed a service patch to address this.  Once our internal testing is completed, we will implement and distribute the service patch over the next few hours.  We will update this posting once the patch has been released.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Another administrator at my firm has the ticket opened and the logs/errors are the same from yesterday.

Now, we are getting calls about documents not showing up after being imported this morning...
