NOTE: Although we have seen no significant issues while using ndOneClick in Edge, ndOneClick is not tested or supported in Edge. ndOneClick is only supported in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on both Windows and Mac OS.

Users in Edge may see this message pop up when using ndOneClick:

To resolve this, use the following steps:

  1. Close all web browsers.
  2. Open the registry editor by typing “regedit” into the Windows search bar:

  1. Navigate to the following location:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ProtocolExecute

  1. Create a new key called “nd” as shown below.
  2. Add a DWORD value under "nd" called "WarnOnOpen" with a value set to 0 as shown below.

  1. Reboot the computer.

When opening a document from Edge, ndOneClick will automatically check out the document (or hand it off to ndOffice, if that is present). Once the document is closed, it will be automatically checked in.
