Remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request

The following error is caused by an issue with the authentication tokens on the computer. This occurs most often with the EMS add-ins for Outlook, but can also occur with any of the other apps that use OAuth (Folder Import Tool, for example). 

The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. Bad Request. 

You can clear out the authentication tokens by following these steps:

1. Close Outlook completely

2. Open the registry editor and navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NetVoyage"

3. Delete the Keys folder


4. When you re-open the app you are using (Outlook, when using EMS, for example) you will be prompted to log back in and set a new OAuth token.

5. Log back in and then click "Allow" when prompted to allow access for NetDocuments.
