We have seen this error in Adobe Reader and Acrobat while uploading or saving. The document will not save correctly if you are getting this error:
Error from Adobe Reader:
Error copying document. -2147024893
The Fix:
Uncheck the Enable Enhanced security, and uncheck Enable Protected Mode.
Make sure https://vault.netvoyage.com is in the trusted zones on the internet.
Uninstall and reinstall the Adobe integration.
