In an attempt to resolve service-related issues as quickly as possible we ask that you open a ticket at support.netdocuments.com or send an email to email@example.com with the following information. This will assist us in focusing resources and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
- Provide a detailed description of events that lead to the issue.
- Send a screenshot of the error (click details before grabbing the screenshot so you get the full error detail)
- Username of the user that reported the issue
- Server number
- Time of occurrence
- Any additional detail that might be helpful in identifying the issue.
