In an attempt to resolve service-related issues as quickly as possible we ask that you open a ticket at or send an email to with the following information. This will assist us in focusing resources and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Provide a detailed description of events that lead to the issue.
  • Send a screenshot of the error (click details before grabbing the screenshot so you get the full error detail)
  • Username of the user that reported the issue
  • Server number 
  • Time of occurrence
  • Any additional detail that might be helpful in identifying the issue.
