NetDocuments has ceased support of Windows XP and Vista as of April 8, 2014. Support will continue for Windows 7, 8, and 8.1.

We will also cease support of Office 2003 as of April 8, 2014. Support will continue for Office 2007, Office 2010, and Office 2013.  Some add-ins and newer integrations we provide are only designed to work in the newer Office 2010 and Office 2013.

We will also cease support of Internet Explorer version 8 as of April 8, 2014. Support will continue for IE 9, 10, and 11.

We have also ceased supporting the Adobe integration for older versions of Adobe Acrobat and Reader as of the 14.1 Update.  Our Adobe integrations currently only support versions 10 and 11 of each of those products.

Accordingly, testing of the above product versions will cease beyond this date.  We anticipate that the last version of Add-ins supporting these older products will be released in early 2014.  Beyond that 14.1 Update, we will no longer make changes to the add-in software for the older product versions.  We will provide technical support for the older products only until April 8, 2014.  Some features and functions may not work on these older products after April 8, 2014 and no changes will be made to allow them to function in the older environments.

If you are using any of the above versions of these products, we urge you to upgrade to newer versions prior to the April 8, 2014 date to ensure a smooth transition.
