One customer has run into a situation in a Citrix environment that was traced back to the default setup using a shared Echo folder. This was quickly resolved with some lines in a cmd file they run to handle other NetDocuments user-centric settings on Citrix.
The lines below will simply build a small regfile unique to the user. It then imports that regfile effectively changing the user's ndEcho location (due to wordwrap I've put a space between each new line)
