Email Whitelist and Blacklist

If you are expecting an email from NetDocuments, for example a password reset email, and are not getting it, first check your junk mail, spam folder, or other filters. We at NetDocuments have very little control over how your email service sorts our messages.  

US Data Center

You may also need to add the following domains to your whitelist or Safe Senders list:

*vault.netvoyage.com

*.netdocuments.com

If you have any sort of Spam filter you may need to add this domain and IP addresses as exceptions:  

mail.vault.netvoyage.com            192.100.0.209

smtp.vault.netvoyage.com           192.100.0.200

 

EU Data Centre

You may also need to add the following domains to your whitelist or Safe Senders list:

*eu.netdocuments.com 

*.netdocuments.com 

If you have any sort of Spam filter you may need to add these domains and IP addresses as exceptions:  

mail.eu.netdocuments.com            185.83.176.152

 

AU Data Centre

You may also need to add the following domains to your whitelist or Safe Senders list:

*au.netdocuments.com 

*.netdocuments.com 

If you have any sort of Spam filter you may need to add these domains and IP addresses as exceptions:  

mail.au.netdocuments.com              103.225.142.209
