The ndOffice integration will record data to log files stored on the local computer if issues are encountered. Our Support staff may request these logs from you to aid in investigation. To retrieve these log files, click the ndOffice icon in the system tray, select "Help > Report a Problem" and click View Logs.
This will open the Logs folder on your PC (located at C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\NetDocuments\Logs), if logs exist they will be named Echoingclient.log, WordAddin.log, PowerPointAddin.log and ExcelAddin.log. You can also click the "Go to Support" button to submit a Support request.
