Macro security warning in Word

If you have installed our Application Integrations and you are seeing a Macro warning in Word, it could be caused by one of two reasons.

1. You have installed the Integrations for "Everyone" (All Users) on the PC. In this case, our ndint.dot file will be placed in a location that is not trusted by Word by default so you will need to add this location to Word's Trusted Locations list. To add this location, go to File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Trusted Locations.  Here you will need to add the location of the ndint.dot file as a Trusted location. This will either be located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX\STARTUP if Office was installed via the MSI or at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\Office15\STARTUP if Office was installed via click-to-run.

2. Your Macro Settings are set such that our ndint.dot is disabled. In this case you can try changing your Macro Settings under File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Macro Settings and see if that makes any difference. If you need to set it to something other than the default of "Disable all macros with notification" then you may have other restrictions in place in your environment that are disabling macros.
