If you receive any of the following error messages when you try to save a PDF from a supported version of Acrobat or Reader you likely do not have the NetDocuments ActiveX control installed or it is disabled in your Internet Explorer browser. This can also be caused if IE is not set properly as the default browser.
"Class not registered"
"Unable to create COM instance (ndImport): loading configuration defaults."
"The document import encountered an error."
-The NetDocuments ActiveX control can be installed by downloading and running the linked msi below.
-IE can be set as the default browser by using these steps:
-Open Internet Explorer and Click the "Tools" menu and uncheck ActiveX filtering if it is checked in the list.
