If you are having an issue with our Automated Login feature, you may need to manually reset it by doing the following steps:
- Log out of NetDocuments and close all web browsers.
- Navigate to “C:\Users\<USERPROFILE>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\DSS” and delete any folders listed under the "DSS folder (you may need to display hidden files and folders to see this location).
- Open the Registry Editor and go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NetVoyage\NetDocuments” and delete the “IntegratedLogin” key. Before making any changes to the Registry, it is recommended that you create a backup first.
- Login to NetDocuments and re-enable Auto-Login.
(if the registry key is not found and you are still having issues, try turning the Pop-up blocker and Windows Defender SmartScreen filter off as one of these might be blocking IE from writing to the registry)
