Disfigured or Distorted Webpage



Users may often encounter a webpage in NetDocuments (such as the Advanced Search page, the Home Page, a workspace, or a dialog box) that is obviously displayed improperly. To correct the display problem, try the following options:

1) Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard. This will clear the browser cache. 

2) Adjust the zoom in your browser. 

3) Adjust the screen resolution on your computer.

4) Remove or disable any third-party toolbars (such as Google Toolbar). 

5) Reset the browser. To do this, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset. Choose the option to Delete Personal Settings.
