We have found that at times, the NetDocs Save and NetDocs Insert buttons do not appear in Outlook after the NetDocuments Application Integrations have been installed. There is an easy way to install this manually.
In Outlook, go to File > Options. Click on Add-ins on the left hand side. You will see a list of Add-ins for Outlook.
The NetDocuments integrations are a COM Add-in, so you'll need to add a new one of those. The file to select for that Add-in is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\NetDocuments\Integrations\ndOutlookAddin.dll (for 64 bit operating systems)
Once this Add-in is added to Outlook, you will see the NetDocs Save and NetDocs Insert buttons available. You may need to shut down and restart Outlook to see them.
