Permission Denied error when saving documents or emails



Some users have reported getting a "Run-time error '70': Permission Denied" error in Word when using our Application Integrations to save a document. The error looks like this: 


Users also reported seeing an error in Outlook when using the Application Integrations to save an Email that said, "NetDocuments has not been installed properly on this workstation. Nothing was imported." and then were given an "Access Denied" error.  

This was caused by Internet Explorer not being set as the Default Browser. We have seen similar issues when a user installs Google Chrome and sets it as the Default browser and then they uninstall Chrome without re-setting IE as the default.
