The following error can occur when archiving an email message in Outlook via EMS when the message is too large or has too many recipients for Outlook to copy it. For example, if you have an email message with a large number of msg files attached to it and you try to archive it then you may see this message.
There is not enough free memory to run this program. Quit one or more programs, and then try again.
You will also see the same error when trying to save a copy of the email locally in Windows (when NetDocuments is not involved):
This issue is caused by limitations of Outlook. In some cases, the user may be able to save the attachments separately.
